San Juan, Puerto Rico 102521

This past week Josie, Brenda and I spent 4 nights in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.

I had one day’s worth of business to deal with and a couple of days to play.  We stayed in an AirBnB right in Old San Juan, so that everything was accessible by foot.

Checking out the view from the town’s walled fortifications.

Plant life that won’t grow in Georgia.

We got caught in a deluge downpour and sought shelter in a tunnel.  It rained every day we were there, but never for more than about 10 minutes.

The U.S.’s narrowest house.  Only 5 feet wide.

Feeding the pigeons.

And then feeding the feral cats of San Juan. The girls bought 3 bags of cat foot on the trip and fed hundreds of them.

Josie picking out her own hand made Panama hat.
